You can use fruit purees/concentrates that are just the fruit, without the added sugar.
You can add in optional flavorings like ginger or vanilla bean.
You may be able to use gelatin sheets for this, but I have not tested it or know it's equivalent nutritive value to the powdered collagen gelatin.
You could use regular simple syrup, but the gummies would be very sweet, and I do not know the ratios you might need to change to account for that. Try the Swoon Syrup if you can!
