2-INGREDIENT, DAIRY-FREE FUDGE
This 2-ingredient sugar- and dairy-free fudge don’t suck people. Try it. So fast and simple. Thank goodness for Lily’s sugar-free, stevia-sweetened chocolate products (paleo, vegan and amazing). Bring this dessert to all your holiday parties-you’ll be a hit with everyone!
This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo, and if omitting the gelatin, vegan.

INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP UNSWEETENED, FULL FAT COCONUT MILK
2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS (LILY’S SWEETS NO-SUGAR-ADDED DARK CHOCOLATE BAKING CHIPS MAKE THIS PALEO!)
(OPTIONAL) 1 TBSP. VITAL PROTEINS BEEF GELATIN OR OTHER COLLAGEN/GELATIN BRAND
METHOD:
- GREASE AN 8X8 GLASS PAN OR SILICONE BAKING CUP MOLD WITH COCONUT OIL
- IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN HEAT COCONUT MILK ON THE STOVE UNTIL BOILING, REMOVE FROM HEAT
- STIR THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS INTO THE HOT COCONUT MILK UNTIL MELTED
- (OPTIONAL STEP) LIGHTLY SPRINKLE IN THE GELATIN AS YOU STIR TO AVOID LUMPS. THE GELATIN WILL ALSO HELP THIS SET EVEN QUICKER.
- POUR MIXTURE INTO PAN OR MOLDS
- (OPTIONAL STEP) LIGHTLY SPRINKLE A TOPPING BEFORE SETTING IN THE FRIDGE: NUTS, FROZEN STRAWBERRIES OR RASPBERRIES, SEA SALT OR OTHER TOPPING
- PUT IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL SET, ABOUT AN HOUR
