This dairy-free smoked trout spread is creamy, salty and delicious! It’s so easy to make in one bowl, and can be eaten in so many ways. Let me know how it turned out for you in the comments below! Great as an appetizer, for game day, for a potluck!
Try smoked trout spread as an appetizer on crackers or chips with caper and onion slices. You could even use it like a tuna melt: toasted GF bread, trout spread and topped with grated “cheese” under the broiler.
You could substitute smoked salmon in this for a salmon dip/spread as well. I used Kite Hill Dairy-Free Cream Cheese in the jalepeno flavor, but you can use your favorite brand/ savory flavor.
