INGREDIENTS:

1 LB. GROUND GRASS FED LAMB

1 LB. MUSHROOMS, PULSED IN CUISANART

½ CHOPPED ONION

2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC

2 CUP WALNUTS

3 TBL. MINCED ROSEMARY (OR SAGE)

1 tsp. SEA SALT

METHOD:

MIX  ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY.

ROLL INTO BALLS.

BAKE AT 375F FOR 30 MINUTES.
