Watermelon Strawberry Cooler is a deliciously simple blended drink made in minutes with fresh fruit, with or without alcohol. Fun for kids and adults- easy to make for a party! Low sugar if made with Swoon Simple Syrup. This is a non-alcoholic recipe as written, but you could easily blend in tequila, vodka or gin (if you’re over 21 years old, of course). Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free.

Ingredient Tips:

Here’s a handy trick for cutting watermelon: cut off the ends first. That way you have a flat surface to rest the watermelon as you cut the rind off follow the sides down the entire watermelon. See the picture showing this below.

Swoon Sugar-Free Simple Syrup is great because it doesn’t have the weird bitter aftertaste some sugar-free products have. It’s made with Monk Fruit and no artificial sweeteners. It’s made with simple ingredients and can be incorporated into lots of recipes beyond beverages. Swap out sugar, simple syrup, honey or agave in any recipe with the same amount of Swoon Syrup.

My favorite products for this recipe:

  • Swoon Sugar Free Simple Syrup: Swoon is a 1:1 replacement for simple syrup made with Monk Fruit Extract. 1 tsp. of Swoon is the about the same sweetness as one sugar packet. You can use it wherever you would use simple syrup or as a replacement for honey and agave, like in this Watermelon Strawberry Cooler! Find it on Amazon or on their website.

(Disclosure: I may receive a very small amount of revenue if you purchase through my Amazon links. It does NOT raise the cost for you, but does help me keep on creating recipes and videos on Jana Eats. Thanks!)
