INGREDIENTS:

1 “GENEROUS” CUP FROZEN BANANA SLICES/CHUNKS
1 TBSP. CHIA SEEDS
2 DATES
1/4 CUP ALMOND BUTTER
1 CUP UNSWEETENED MACADAMIA OR OTHER FAVORITE NUT MILK
HANDFUL FRESH SPINACH
1/2 CUCUMBER
1 TBSP. GROUND FLAX SEED/MEAL
1 TSP. MACA POWDER
1 TSP. SPIRULINA POWDER

METHOD:

  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE BLENDER, BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. THEN, ENJOY!
